1) For registration, an amount of 60% of total package must be deposited in advance.
2) Remaining amount of the package must be deposited 10 days before departure.
3) Accommodation is on sharing basis (4 Persons per camp/room)
4) For couples, an additional amount of 25% per head will be charged for separate camp/room.
5) For children aged from 3–8, an amount of 60% will be charge. Children aged above 8, consider as adult.
6) To execute the trip in this cost, minimum 12 adult participants must be in.
7) The Club has the right to change terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
8) Any type of illegal drugs or Alcoholic substances and weaponry is strictly prohibited.

10) All the members should reach to pick-up point 30 minutes before the scheduled time.
